The British model looked stunning in the clinging taupe number which ended mid-thigh as she dined out with her actor boyfriend Jason Statham.
They were joined by his mother Eileen for lunch near their home in the exclusive seaside enclave of Malibu.
Slim and trim: The Victoria's Secret model and actress looked absolutely stunning in a cream-coloured mini-dress which she teamed with a black belt Oversized sunglasses, biscuit coloured scarf, black low slung studded belt and grey mid heeled boots completed the look.
She looked relaxed in minimalist make-up as she joined the 44-year-old actor, who wore a more casual outfit of grey sweatshirt and baggy trousers.
The model developed a more public profile after appearing as Carly Spencer in last year's smash, hit film Transformers: Dark of the Moon where she made her acting début.

'I’d never thought that I was ever going to make a film this huge, and when I was cast, I didn’t even realise what I was casting for.'
But she insisted she has a strong work ethic, adding: 'My mother always said to me as a child, 'Life doesn’t hand you opportunity. People don’t hand you great things sitting around on your a**.'
